Why Use Lump Charcoal:
While charcoal briquettes may be less expensive, they are manufactured from compressed sawdust with additives that assist in lighting. The additives in briquettes produce a chemical smell/taste which will transfer to food and produces significant ash.
One hundred percent Natural Hardwood Lump Charcoal is the solution to experience the best flavor of charcoal grilling. Hardwood Lump Charcoal is made by burning wood in the absence of oxygen and chemical additives. The result is a charcoal that lights quickly, burns hotter, produces minimal ash, allows for easier temperature control and eliminates chemical transfer to food.

- Allow charcoal to reach the desired cooking temperature.

Cooking With Your Vision Grill
The key to a great grilling experience is temperature control. The Vision Kamado Grills optimize the air flow between the bottom and top draft vents allowing you to accurately control the temperature. Our one-of-a-kind calibrated top and bottom vents allow for this superior temperature control so you can move between searing, grilling and even smoking temperatures within minutes.
Additionally, the ceramic grill housing and fire bowl reduce heat loss allowing for greater temperature consistency and lower charcoal consumption.
Check your Vision Grills Kamado Owner’s Manual to see detailed instructions and recommended calibrated vent settings to achieve the desired outcomes.
An advantage to the Vision Grills Kamado is the lack of moving parts. No more corroded burners, inoperable electronic igniters’ or inconsistent heat from clogged burners.
The Vision Grills Kamado is constructed of high quality ceramic and heavy duty stainless steel banding. The ceramic is prepared in kilns for 50+ hours at temperatures in excess of 2,400o.
To ensure generations of enjoyment from your Vision Grills Kamado, it is recommended that the grill be covered by the vinyl cape-style cover when cool and not in use. The exterior, cart and side tables can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner and water.
