Fran's Flank Steak (for Vision Grill)
2-3 pounds flank or skirt steak
½ cup canola oil
1 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon grated ginger root
3 garlic cloves grated
2 Tablespoons Sherry



1. Wisk oil, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and sherry and pour in 1 gallon Ziploc bag

2. Add steak and marinate 1-24 hours in refrigerator. Allow steak to sit 20-30 minutes at room temperature before grilling.

3. Prepare Vision Grill for high temperature searing.

4. Remove steak from marinade and sear on lower level grill surface 2-3 minutes each side for medium rare, 3-4 minutes each side for medium

5. Remove from grill, cover with foil, and rest for 5 minutes. Slice thinly against the grain

6-10 servings
