Super Sweet Grilled Corn
8 ears of corn, husked and silks removed (Illini Super Sweet preferred)
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon kosher salt
1teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 gallon zip-lock bag
1 stick unsalted butter, melted
1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1. Mix oil, salt & pepper in zip-lock bag. Add corn to zip-lock bag.
2. Prepare VCS grill for medium temperature grilling 350 degrees F
3. Grill corn on top grilling surface for 15-20 minutes, turning several times.
4. If you want grill marks on the corn, move it to the lowest grill surface and turn frequently to get a slightly charred affect.
5. Remove to serving platter and serve with butter and parmesan cheese
