Sweet and Smokey Barbeque Rub
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
½ cup celery salt
½ cup onion salt
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon dry mustard
½ teaspoon ground cloves
1. Spread brown sugar on baking sheet. Air-dry for 3 to 5 hours, stirring every hour.
2. Place in all ingredients into a bowl and combine.
3. Use immediately by rubbing on meat and letting sit for 15 minutes to 24 hours or store in an airtight container for up to.
