Wings VCS (Very Cajun Spicy)
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
3 tablespoons canola oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (Chahula recommended)
4 pounds chicken drumettes
1 cup ranch or blue cheese salad dressing
Celery Sticks



1. In large bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, oil, vinegar, & 1 teaspoon hot sauce. Add drumettes and toss to combine. Cover & refrigerate 1-24 hours to marinate.

2. In a small bowl combine ranch or blue cheese dressing and 1 teaspoon hot sauce. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

3. Prepare VCS grill for direct medium-high heat grilling.

4. Grill drumettes for approximately 10-15 minutes total, turning occasionally.

5. Serve with spicy salad dressing and celery sticks.
